Practices, play, and empowerment
I draw on various methodologies with clients. Some benefit most from conversation: sex education, desire mapping, communication skills. Others benefit from embodied practices: guided breathwork, pleasure practices, energy work, somatic release. Some benefit from direct sexual guidance: audio practices, sexual skills-building, masturbation techniques, erotic massage, and more. All sexual practices are discussed in session and explored on your own at home. My methodology blends Tantric and holistic sexual practices, mindfulness, gentle trauma release, somatic experiencing, and therapy-adjacent psychoeducation.

90-minute video sessions, wholly focused on you.

Free discovery call. Individual sessions start at $200, couples sessions at $250. Ten-session coaching containers are available for those deeply committed to the work.
Questions before you book
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is education-focused and skill-based. It doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition, and it’s available to anyone worldwide. If deeper clinical support is what you need, I can point you toward my partner and business partner, Sex Therapist Christopher Brown.
Do I need a partner to do this?
Not at all. Many clients start solo, whether they’re single, partnered, or if their partner isn’t ready to join yet. You are your own best lover, and we can only change ourselves.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private and judgment-free, always.
What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
That’s excellent, and part of the reason I do this work. Most of us are missing out on deeply important sexual and relational education. I’m here to guide, support, teach, practice, and hold. You don’t need experience with Tantra, coaching, or even talking about sex, you just need to be curious enough to start the conversation and honest along the way.
